This was Judit's mother, Irene's first ride on a ski lift. Judit's and her daughter, Bianka's first white water rafting trip. We would drive a road first used by Hannibal, the Römerweg. It passes the highest peak in Austria, the glacier covered Großglockner. The we would stop at the highest waterfall in Europe before slipping over the border into southern Germany to eat in a restaurant in what was once Hitler's Eagle's Nest.
